§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Ormskirk on 27 October 1981, Official Report, col. 725, he will make a statement on the further consideration he has given to the matter of defusing explosive devices when the only danger is to property, and of his discussions with the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis.
