§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 20 November 1981]: At 10 September the numbers of deck and engine room ratings included in those registered as unemployed at employment offices in England and Wales 306W and in the Merseyside special development area were 1,667 and 305, respectively. These numbers expressed as percentages of all unemployed people registered at employment offices were 0.1 for England and Wales and 0.3 for Merseyside.
