Mr. John Browne

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how much subvention was received by the Northern Ireland Consolidated Fund during the last five financial years; and if he will include in this figure any additional relevant sums such as agricultural subsidies, payments from the Great Britain national insurance fund to the Northern Ireland national insurance fund and any expenditure borne on United Kingdom Votes.
