§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI assure my hon. Friend that a bypass for Quorn and Mountsorrel is one of several schemes which my right hon. Friend and I are at present considering with particular care for possible inclusion in the trunk road programme. We hope to announce decisions before the Christmas Recess.
