§ Mr. WaldegraveThe policy of full-cost fees for overseas students is an integral part of the Government's policy of reducing public expenditure. The Government are currently deliberating on the communiqué and the consultative document emanating from the Melbourne conference, including the issues raised about the contribution made by student mobility and educational interchange within the Commonwealth to national development.
