§ Mr. Alexander FletcherA large number of sites in Scotland were tested against the minimum criteria laid down by the company's consultants. Those at Livingston, Newhouse and Hunterston met the criteria most closely and details of them were forwarded by my Department to the consultants, whose attention was also drawn to the facilities at Linwood.
