§ Dr. BoysonIt is for local education authorities to determine how to organise their schools to provide the curriculum most effectively Authorities may also make such proposals as they wish under sections 12 to 16 of the Education Act 1980. My right hon. and learned Friend will consider any such proposals which fall for him to decide, individually and on their merits.
