§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give the reported numbers of completed sales of local authority houses, including all voluntary sales under the right-to-buy provisions of the Housing Act 1980 to 30 April 1981 (a) for each of the local authorities in the West Midlands county, and (b) for each of the local authorities in Staffordshire; and what percentage these reported sales are of the total housing revenue account housing stock.
