§ 25. Mr. Peter Fraserasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what expenditure there has been in Tayside region on trunk roads in the last three years; and what is the anticipated expenditure in 1981–82 and 1982–83.
§ Mr. RifkindExpenditure on construction and improvement, maintenance and lighting of trunk roads in Tayside region totalled £76.4 million in the last three years. About £22 million is expected to be spent in the current year 1981–82. But it is too soon to forecast the amount of expenditure in 1982–83.
