§ Dr. BoysonThe allocation to each university of recurrent grant and of the sums which the Government have made available to ease the introduction of full-cost fees for overseas students is the responsibility of the University Grants Committee. It is then for the University of London to determine how to allocate the resources thus made available between its various schools and institutes.
