§ Mr. Adam ButlerOn 14 May 1981 the number of persons registered as unemployed in the Belfast travel-to-work area was 42,838, representing 14 per cent. of the estimated numbers of employees in the area. The corresponding figures at 10 May 1979 were 26,188, and 8.5 per cent. respectively.
