§ The Prime MinisterI am satisfied that the NCC has sufficient funds to carry out its statutory responsibilities. In setting the level of grant for future years—which is subject to review in the annual survey of public expenditure—Ministers will take into account the provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Bill which is currently before Parliament.
