No. It is not the Government's practice to forecast future levels of employment or unemployment. I have made no secret of the fact that the current high levels of unemployment are unlikely to fall in the short term, but our recently expanded special employment measures exist to help unemployed people—especially young people—with appropriate temporary employment and training.
