§ Mr. Norman LamontIn 1979 West Midlands Gas reported 55 alleged contraventions of the Gas Safety576W Regulations 1972 from which 11 prosecutions resulted and in 1980 it reported 50 alleged contraventions from which, to date, 15 prosecutions have resulted.
