§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give as much detailed information as may be readily available showing the extent to which public money has increased or decreased, at monthly intervals since May 1979, in the Brixton, Finsbury Park, Forest Gate, Woolwich and Wood Green areas of London, in Toxteth, Liverpool, and in Moss Side, Manchester; and if he will compare the annual totals with the totals for the previous two years.
