Mr. Teddy Taylor

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the European movements in the United Kingdom which obtain subsidies or specific grants from the EEC under chapter 2.9 of the Community budget, and if he will detail the amounts they received in the most recent annual period for which figures are available.

Administration of this fund is the responsibility of the Commission and the details required by my hon. Friend are not available to Her Majesty's Government. Like all other Community expenditure it is subject to audit by the Court of Auditors whose report on the annual accounts of the Community is deposited in the Library.
