§ Dr. VaughanAs indicated in my right hon. Friend's reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Peterborough (Dr. Mawhinney) on 30 June—[Vol. 7, c.368]—we plan to exempt overseas students already undertaking a full-time course of study on the impelementation date for the remainder of their stay in this country.
