§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will consider reinstituting for 1982–83 the £3,000 grant which was paid for many years by the Overseas Development Administration to the Welsh Centre for International Affairs.
§ Mr. Neil MartenI have considered the case for reinstituting the ODA grant for the Welsh Centre for International Affairs, but in the light of the many claims on the aid programme I regret that I am unable to continue to provide funds for this centre.
