§ The Prime MinisterI paid a useful visit to Liverpool on Monday 13 July, in the course of which I had meetings with the lord mayor and representatives of the local authorities, the chief constable and other senior police officers, community leaders and church leaders. I found the discussions valuable and was pleased to meet so many different groups.
