§ Dr. BoysonThe Government hope that local education authorities will review their patterns of provision for 16 to 19-year-old pupils. The most appropriate form of organisation in each area will depend on local circumstances, and in considering proposals from authorities to establish sixth form colleges my right hon. and learned Friend will continue to treat each case on its merits.
