§ Mr. MonroTwo such organisations are financed directly—the Development Commission and the Council for Small Industries in Rural Areas. Both operate in rural England. In addition the Department contributes indirectly to the cost of a number of advisory agencies through the urban programme and seconds an official to Business in the Community and to the London Enterprise Agency.
