§ Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will authorise a full-scale study or the environmental quality of life of people resident in areas close to airports and streets which attract both light and heavy motor traffic in all parts of England and Wales.
§ Mr. Giles ShawNo. A number of specific studies of environmental conditions near both airports and busy roads have been made by this and other Departments and the results published. Others will be commissioned as and when the need arises.
