§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSome preliminary lubrication trials were carried out by our agents, West Midlands county council, in July 1980. The trials were inconclusive but the implications of this work and the lubrication problem generally will be covered by the consulting engineers, W. S. Atkins and Partners, in their final report on bearings.
