Friend hopes shortly to appoint the advisory committee on radio interference which he will consult before he makes regulations to control undue interference from citizens band radio equipment to other radio services. Once the committee has been appointed, we hope it will be possible to arrange an early meeting.

§ Mr. RaisonThe licence fee for citizens band radio has yet to be determined and it is not therefore possible to provide an estimate. Our aim will be to ensure that the revenue is adequate to cover the costs of introducing and administering the service.
