§ Mr. John MooreIn the tripartite talks with the National Coal Board and the mining unions the Government have agreed to support action to reduce coal imports this year towards the irreducible minimum, subject to considerations of coal quality and the need to honour existing contracts. The National Coal Board has been negotiating with BSC and CEGB to this end.
