Mr. Eldon Griffiths

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the recent incident when three tourists climbed the wall into Buckingham Palace gardens and spent the night there; and if he is satisfied that arrangements for safeguarding Her Majesty The Queen's residence in London are in all respects adequate to ensure the safety of those who live there.
