§ Mr. Durantasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his estimate of the cost of extending entitlement to the long-term rate of supplementary benefit to all widows with children (a) to the first day of entitlement to widowed mothers' allowance and (b) to the first day of entitlement to widows' allowance; and in each case, how many widows would benefit.
