§ Mr. PattieMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence has received a number of representations from the local council and from individuals who are concerned about the development. As the hon. Member will know, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland has recently announced that a public inquiry will be held into this matter.
