§ Sir Geoffrey Howe[pursuant to his reply, 14 January 1981]: The proposed changes in stock relief will provide additional help for the hardpressed manufacturing sector. I shall be considering in my next Budget whether any further adjustment is needed in the fiscal balance between the personal and company sectors.
