§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Industry (1) what work his Department's European planning consultant, Dr. D. Green, has done for the Department in 1980; if he will detail all payments made to Dr. Green in 1980; if he will give a breakdown of all payments made to Dr. Green; and what percentage increase or decrease the 1980 figure is compared with the figure for 1979;
(2) if he will dismiss the European planning consultant to his Department, Dr. D. Green.
