§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friend has already done so. All new claimants to supplementary benefit, and existing claimants when the circumstances governing the assessment of their benefit changes, will receive a leaflet, SB8 or SB9, which summarises and draws attention to the availability on demand of a further leaflet, SB16, setting out more fully the single payment provisions. Every inquirer about single payments will receive a copy of leaflet SB 16.
