asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will order the construction of a full interchange at Inchyra on the M9 to relieve the traffic problems at Bo'ness Road, Grangemouth.

No. Any decision to improve Inchyra interchange must await consideration of the results of the traffic survey being carried out by Central region and of the traffic management measures introduced recently.
