asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many facilities provide services for the young deaf in the county of Derbyshire; and what plans are being made to extend and improve these facilities during 1981;

(2) how many facilities provide services for the blind in the county of Derbyshire; and what plans are being made to extend and improve these facilities during 1981.
