Mr. Craigen

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the present uncertainty on the part of the Housing Corporation and housing associations in Glasgow over the post-moratorium period, he will give an early indication of his intention to lift the restriction on tender approvals for rehabilitation projects.
