§ 34. Mr. Norman Hoggasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the responses he has received from Scottish local authorities to the rate support grant settlement for 1981–82.
§ Mr. RifkindRepresentations from the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities about the settlement were referred to in the course of the debate on the Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order on 21 January. I have nothing to add to what I told the House on that occasion.
