§ Dr. BoysonAt a time when unemployment is high my right hon. and learned Friend is not minded to introduce changes which could result in increased numbers of young people leaving school earlier. He is, nonetheless, sensitive to the apparent anomalies which can result from the present arrangements in particular cases and will keep the position under review.
