§ 18. Mr. Palmerasked the Secretary of State for Energy what conditions he is imposing to prevent British civil plutonium, sold to the United States of America for peaceful research purposes being substituted for United States domestic plutonium thus enabling the latter to be cleaned and enriched for military use in contravention of the International Atomic Agency safeguards.
