§ Mr. Gorstasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to receive a report from the Keith committee which is examining the powers and practices of investigating officials in his Department.
§ Mr. Ridley[pursuant to his reply, 14 December 1981, c. 60]: Lord Keith's committee first met in July 1980. I understand that the Committee expects its enquiry to take about two years.
