§ 23. Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade what dumping, tariff, quota, or other trade restrictions are imposed in the import of steel from the United States of America into the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. EyreImports of steel from the United States of America are subject to import duties at the rates specified in the common external tariff. There are no special duties, dumping duties or quota restrictions on such imports, but as in all such cases action is available should unfair competition develop.
