§ Mr. SproatA wide range of subjects was considered at this meeting. For example, agreement was reached on charges for 1982–83, calculated on the basis of forecast operating accounts with a temporary reduction of 5 per cent; consideration was given to the future of the Maastricht centre; and the investment and operating budgets for 1980 were approved.
