§ Mr. Peter MorrisonWe have asked the Manpower Services Commission to pursue the process of abolition of the boards urgently, and in parallel with the action to establish or develop effective voluntary arrangements so as to bring about an orderly transition. We want to complete the winding up process as quickly as practicable but some orders may well be laid after March 1982.
