§ Mr. John MooreDepartment of Trade approval is required for the export of plutonium or any other nuclear material. In addition, approval for any plutonium export is required from the Secretary of State for Energy under Section 2(i) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, as amended. I also refer the hon. Member to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Falmouth and Cambourne (Mr. Mudd) on 19 October.
