§ Mr. LawsonIt is not possible in practice to separate the short-term effects of changes in industrial production on the outputs and revenues of the fuel industries from other changes elsewhere in the economy and from such factors as the response to price rises, destocking, increased efficiency of energy use and changes in industrial structure.
