Whether they will support the Governments of Sweden and other non-aligned countries in seeking to outlaw the bullets fired from the Soviet Union's AK74 rifles, as dum-dum bullets are outlawed, in view of their enhanced wounding potential, and whether they will co-operate to this end at the renewed conference to review the Geneva agreement on conventional arms control.
