§ Mr. Neil MartenIn 1980 the United Kingdom supplied 1,000 basic first-aid kits for use by instructors in the adult literacy campaign in rural areas at a cost of approximately £25,000. In addition, £22,000 worth of audio visual equipment has been supplied for use in Nicaraguan school libraries.
