§ The Earl of AVONGuidelines were issued to the trustees in August. These were endorsed jointly by my right honourable friends the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. Copies of the guidelines are being placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
