§ Mr. John Pattenasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when guidelines will be issued to the trustees of the 235W National Heritage Memorial Fund to assist them in operating the fund.
§ Mr. St. John-StevasGuidelines were issued to the trustees in August. These were endorsed jointly by the Secretary of State for the Environment and myself. A copy of the guidelines is being placed in the Library of the House.
