26. Mr. Gwilym Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will seek to amend the Companies Acts to provide

of silver-plated stainless steel cutlery. Subject to any representations received during that period I intend to lay both orders before the House as soon as possible thereafter. The orders would come into force from 1 January 1982.
