§ Mr. Eyre:Annual returns have been delivered by Blessingwell Ltd. made up to 31 December 1977, 1978 and 1979 respectively and to 17 July 1980. These were accompanied by accounts for the periods ending 30 September 1976 and 30 September 1977.
