§ Mr. HayhoeThe Army's requirements for load-carrying vehicles are kept under review in the light of all relevant factors including exercise experience. Analysis of Exercise Crusader is not yet complete, but has so far not indicated a requirement for a purchase of the type of vehicle to which the hon. Member refers.
